“A report that describes all aspects of Santa Barbara County, from population and economics to agriculture and the oil industry was unveiled Wednesday by a consortium of organizations that spent two years putting it together.
Called the Conservation Blueprint, the report focuses on five resources — water, flora and fauna, agricultural and ranch lands, community and the land, and climate.”
